We only store the minimum information needed to detect and notify you about failed payments. This includes customer email, subscription info, and payment identifiers. We never store full card details or sensitive authentication data, and all data is encrypted at rest.
Our alerts are near real-time with most notifications sent within seconds of a payment failure. We use webhook integrations with payment platforms to ensure immediate detection of any failed transaction.
